通过访问或使用Calloza,您同意受这些服务条款的约束。如果您不同意,请不要使用我们的服务。我们保留随时修改这些条款的权利,继续使用即表示接受。
服务描述
Calloza使用VoIP(网络语音)技术提供国际通话服务。我们的服务基于预付费余额运作。虽然我们努力提供高质量和可靠性,但我们无法保证不间断的服务或无错误的运作。
账户注册
- 您必须年满18岁才能使用我们的服务
- 您必须提供准确的注册信息
- 您有责任维护账户凭据的保密性
- 您必须立即通知我们任何未经授权的访问
- 我们保留终止违反这些条款的账户的权利
禁止用途
您不得将Calloza用于:
- 任何非法或违法目的
- 骚扰、威胁或辱骂性通信
- 欺诈或冒充
- 垃圾信息、自动拨号或未经请求的商业电话
- 规避通话阻止或欺诈预防措施
- 紧急服务(911、112等)——这不是紧急通话服务
- 在法律要求的情况下未经同意录制通话
付款条款
- 除非另有说明,所有费用以美元计价
- 通话期间实时扣除余额
- 余额通常不可退款
- 技术错误的退款请求在30天内接受
- 因违规而终止的账户将没收剩余余额
- 所有付款均通过Stripe安全处理
促销奖励额度
奖励额度是我们可能针对符合条件的充值(例如 Summer Bundle)添加到您余额中的促销额度。它没有现金价值、不可转让,且不可退款,除非适用法律要求退款。
当您使用余额时,费用会先从您充值的资金中扣除,然后才从奖励额度中扣除。如果您有权退款,我们只退还您未使用的充值资金,绝不退还奖励额度。
示例:您充值 $10 并获得 $1 奖励,余额为 $11。在拨打 $2 的通话后,这 $2 会从您的 $10 充值中扣除,剩下 $8 的充值资金加上您的 $1 奖励。符合条件的退款最多退还 $8;$1 奖励不可退款。
对于通过欺诈、滥用或多个或重复账户获得的奖励额度,我们可以扣留或撤销。
服务质量
- 通话质量取决于您的互联网连接
- 我们不支持紧急服务(911、112)
- 拨打某些高风险目的地的通话可能会被阻止
- 服务可能因维护而中断
责任限制
服务按「原样」提供,不提供任何形式的保证。我们的总责任限于您在过去12个月内支付的金额。我们不对包括电信运营商和支付处理商在内的第三方服务负责。
赔偿
您同意赔偿并使Calloza免受因您滥用服务、违反这些条款或侵犯任何第三方权利而引起的任何索赔。
争议解决
任何争议应首先尝试通过非正式方式解决。如果非正式解决失败,争议将通过有约束力的仲裁解决。您放弃参与集体诉讼的任何权利。
终止
The license is effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate your relationship with us at any time, after which you must cease all use of the Service. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your calls, and we may at any time require you to verify your identity, business, calling use case, and legal basis for your calls, and to provide supporting records. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, or your access to any feature, at any time and immediately, without prior notice and without any obligation to compensate you for any resulting loss:
- if you are in breach of these Terms;
- if we reasonably suspect that you are using the Service to break the law or infringe third-party rights;
- if we reasonably suspect that you are unfairly exploiting or misusing our refund policy or any of our policies, including by creating or using multiple accounts to evade limits, verification, or restrictions;
- if we reasonably suspect fraudulent use, or that your account or payment method is being used fraudulently or by an unauthorized third party;
- if we reasonably suspect that you are using the Service for continuous or commercial operation, including but not limited to: rerouting of communications, automatic dialing of random or generated phone numbers, reselling or sharing minutes between users, telemarketing or call-center operations, calls to special or premium-rate numbers, and other activities to generate income;
- if we reasonably suspect bulk messaging, spamming, or phishing;
- if your calling generates a high rate of unanswered calls, a low average call duration, spam labeling, carrier blocking, or complaints;
- while an identity, business, or compliance verification we have requested is pending, or if you fail to complete it;
- immediately, if required due to a change in or interpretation of laws or regulations, or where required by a regulator, authority, carrier, or any of our partners;
- on thirty (30) days' notice if we decide to cease offering the Service generally or to users in your jurisdiction.
