Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Calloza, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You represent that you are authorized to use the service and the payment methods you provide. We may change these Terms from time to time without prior notice by publishing the updated Terms, and the changes are effective when published. If you continue to use the service after publication, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you may stop using the service and terminate your account. In the event of any conflict between translations, the English version of these Terms governs.
Service Description
Calloza provides international calling services using Voice over IP (VoIP) technology. Our service operates on a prepaid credit basis. While we strive for high quality and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our service
- You must provide accurate registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Calloza for:
- Any illegal or unlawful purpose, or any use that violates applicable laws, regulations, or the requirements of our carriers and telecommunications providers
- Harassment, threats, abusive communication, fraud, impersonation, or spoofing the origin of a call
- Telemarketing or unsolicited calls without the prior express consent required by applicable law (including the TCPA and TSR), without honoring the National Do Not Call Registry, or without required call identification and opt-out
- High-volume, bulk, automated, robocall, or pre-recorded calling, or any calling that produces a high rate of unanswered calls, low average call duration, spam labeling, carrier blocking, or complaints
- Circumventing call blocking, fraud prevention, spending limits, verification, or account restrictions, including by creating or using multiple accounts
- Emergency services (911, 112, etc.) - this is NOT an emergency calling service
- Recording calls without consent where required by law
Payment Terms
- All charges are in USD unless otherwise specified
- Credits are deducted in real-time during calls
- Credits are generally non-refundable
- Refund requests for technical errors accepted within 30 days
- Accounts terminated for violations forfeit remaining credits
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Promotional bonus credit
Bonus credit is promotional credit we may add to your balance for qualifying top-ups (for example, the Summer Bundle). It has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
When you use your balance, charges are applied first to the funds you deposited and only afterwards to bonus credit. If you are eligible for a refund, we refund only your unspent deposited funds — never bonus credit.
Example: you top up $10 and receive a $1 bonus, for an $11 balance. After $2 of calls, that $2 is deducted from your $10 deposit, leaving $8 of deposited funds plus your $1 bonus. An eligible refund would return up to $8; the $1 bonus is not refundable.
We may withhold or revoke bonus credit obtained through fraud, abuse, or multiple or duplicate accounts.
Service Quality
- Call quality depends on your internet connection
- We do not support emergency services (911, 112)
- Calls to certain high-risk destinations may be blocked
- Service may be interrupted for maintenance
Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the previous 12 months. We are not responsible for third-party services including telecommunications carriers and payment processors.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Calloza harmless from any claims, damages, losses, fines, penalties, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the service, your calls, your violation of these terms, your violation of any law or regulation (including the TCPA, TSR, and telecommunications or carrier requirements), or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
Termination
The license is effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate your relationship with us at any time, after which you must cease all use of the Service. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your calls, and we may at any time require you to verify your identity, business, calling use case, and legal basis for your calls, and to provide supporting records. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, or your access to any feature, at any time and immediately, without prior notice and without any obligation to compensate you for any resulting loss:
- if you are in breach of these Terms;
- if we reasonably suspect that you are using the Service to break the law or infringe third-party rights;
- if we reasonably suspect that you are unfairly exploiting or misusing our refund policy or any of our policies, including by creating or using multiple accounts to evade limits, verification, or restrictions;
- if we reasonably suspect fraudulent use, or that your account or payment method is being used fraudulently or by an unauthorized third party;
- if we reasonably suspect that you are using the Service for continuous or commercial operation, including but not limited to: rerouting of communications, automatic dialing of random or generated phone numbers, reselling or sharing minutes between users, telemarketing or call-center operations, calls to special or premium-rate numbers, and other activities to generate income;
- if we reasonably suspect bulk messaging, spamming, or phishing;
- if your calling generates a high rate of unanswered calls, a low average call duration, spam labeling, carrier blocking, or complaints;
- while an identity, business, or compliance verification we have requested is pending, or if you fail to complete it;
- immediately, if required due to a change in or interpretation of laws or regulations, or where required by a regulator, authority, carrier, or any of our partners;
- on thirty (30) days' notice if we decide to cease offering the Service generally or to users in your jurisdiction.
