Terms of Service

By accessing or using Calloza, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with continued use constituting acceptance.

Calloza provides international calling services using Voice over IP (VoIP) technology. Our service operates on a prepaid credit basis. While we strive for high quality and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our service
• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

You may not use Calloza for:

• Any illegal or unlawful purpose
• Harassment, threats, or abusive communication
• Fraud or impersonation
• Spam, robocalls, or unsolicited commercial calls
• Circumventing call blocking or fraud prevention measures
• Emergency services (911, 112, etc.) - this is NOT an emergency calling service
• Recording calls without consent where required by law

• All charges are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Credits are deducted in real-time during calls
• Credits are generally non-refundable
• Refund requests for technical errors accepted within 30 days
• Accounts terminated for violations forfeit remaining credits
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

• Call quality depends on your internet connection
• We do not support emergency services (911, 112)
• Calls to certain high-risk destinations may be blocked
• Service may be interrupted for maintenance

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the previous 12 months. We are not responsible for third-party services including telecommunications carriers and payment processors.

You agree to indemnify and hold Calloza harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
